Travelers may see the most unique landscapes of the continent by river, sea, and even fjord in this rapidly developing cruise destination. Here are three brand new ships to consider while making your vacation plans.

Aqua Expeditions, well-known for its luxurious river cruises in Southeast Asia and the Amazon, is a relative newcomer to the Galápagos. In May the business revealed its new oceangoing vessel, the Italian-designed Aqua Mare – a 150-foot, four-deck superyacht that offers an intimate experience with just seven suites. In addition to regional cuisine prepared by Peruvian chef Pedro Miguel Schiaffino, there is a movie theater, an outdoor exercise area, satellite internet, and more. Explore wildlife-rich environments on foot while kayaking, paddleboarding, snorkeling, or hiking as part of an all-inclusive vacation. Am I prepared to indulge? There are 860 square feet in the owner's suite.

Next year, an all-suite boat from AmaWaterways will embark on the first multiday cruise along the leisurely Río Magdalena, a once-vital transport channel. The trips and experiences will be selected by Metropolitan Touring, a South American operator. Chile

Typically, visitors to Patagonia travel by land. However, on the new custom-built Navimag ferry Esperanza, however, as they sail along the southern Chilean coast from Puerto Montt to Puerto Natales, they will be treated to a leisurely backdrop of spouting whales, sparkling glaciers, and snowy peaks. The 1,000-mile journey takes four days and passes through several of Chile's most famous national parks, as well as Chiloé Island. During peak season, you can count on an all-English staff, simple but comfortable accommodations with private toilets, nutritious meals, and yoga and tai chi onboard.
